We understand pets are like family. That’s why we’re committed to keeping your dogs and cats safe and sound on their trip.
There are few things you need to know first before you plan your next flight with you and your pet.
Rules for Pets in Cabin:
Small Dogs and cats will only be accepted for transportation in the passenger compartment.
Advance arrangements must be made with our Reservations team.

The animal must be:
• Harmless, inoffensive, odorless, and require no attention during transit
• Confined in a container subject to inspection and approval by FTW before acceptance
• In a soft kennel can be no larger than 19″L x 13″W x 18″H and must be stowed next to the passenger’s feet. Kennels for transporting animals must be supplied by the passenger. Kennels must be leak-proof, structurally sound, and properly ventilated. Kennels must never be locked as animals must be accessible in case of emergency. Kennels must be large enough for pet to stand, sit and change positions comfortably
• Weigh less than 30lbs.
The passenger must make all arrangements and assume full responsibility for complying with any applicable laws, customs, and/or other governmental regulations, requirements, or restrictions of the country, state, or territory to which the animal is being transported.
The maximum number of animal kennels per flight is one and is on a first come first served basis when booking transport. Carriage of animals is limited to one animal per container, except that two kittens or two puppies under 10 weeks of age will be permitted in a single container.
Charges for Pets
Pets in cabin are subject to a service charge per animal kennel, each way, as follows:
