New daily service between St. Thomas and San Juan begins August 3, 2026.
Fly The Whale is expanding its Caribbean service with new daily scheduled flights between St. Thomas’ Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and San Juan Isla Grande Airport (SIG), beginning August 3, 2026.
The new route offers a convenient late-afternoon flight from St. Thomas to Puerto Rico, with a morning return from San Juan to St. Thomas. The schedule is designed to make travel easier for business travelers, residents traveling for medical care, leisure travelers, and passengers connecting to destinations beyond Puerto Rico.

Fly The Whale began scheduled service between St. Croix and St. Thomas in April 2023 and later expanded its Caribbean network with service between St. Croix and San Juan. The addition of the St. Thomas–San Juan route further connects the U.S. Virgin Islands with Puerto Rico and gives travelers throughout the territory another convenient option for regional travel.
