No Show Policy:
If you are not planning to travel on any portion of your itinerary, please cancel or change your reservation at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the flight.
Customers who fail to cancel or change their reservations at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure or fail to board their flight(s) on any fare segment or fare class are subject to our No Show Policy.
Additionally, the entire reservation including any remaining flights on the ticketed itinerary will also be cancelled and all funds from the “No Show” reservation will be forfeited and may not be used or applied toward future ticket purchases.
Call In to Reservations:
Unless you are part of the WhalePak Program, FTW charges $5 per call in to make or change reservations. You may avoid this fee by making changes online or at the FTW airport counter
Cashless Notice:
Fly The Whale only accepts major credit cards, and debit cards.
SMS Communication Policy
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Fly The Whale, you agree to receive
SMS communications that may include:
- Customer support and service updates
- Reservation and booking information
- Flight or service notifications
- Appointment or booking reminders
- Promotional offers and marketing messages
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Fly The Whale and your selected communication
preferences.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
